Meet the Team
Property management shouldn’t feel like chaos held together by duct tape and inbox rules. At PMAssist, we help property management business owners build streamlined, profitable operations that run like real businesses—because that’s exactly what they are.
Co-founded by industry leaders Todd Ortscheid and Abi Wasserman Ortscheid, PMAssist combines real-world experience with automation expertise, marketing savvy, and proven systems to help you stop spinning your wheels and start scaling with confidence.
Whether you're looking to overhaul your processes, get more from LeadSimple, or just stop letting revenue slip through the cracks—we’re here to help.

Todd made his leap into property management in 2012 after a 14-year career in the airline industry, where he rose to Executive VP of the Air Line Pilots Association. He took over a 61-door portfolio at Revolution Rental Management and grew it into a million-dollar operation—all while obsessively optimizing every process along the way.
Today, Todd is known across the industry for his deep knowledge of LeadSimple automations, process development, and revenue modeling. He works closely with PMs across the country to implement real change—not just theoretical improvements.
Todd currently serves as the 2025 President of the NARPM Atlanta chapter and continues to give back through mentorship and speaking engagements. He also launched Always There Repair and is the brain behind more systems than anyone wants to count.

Abi brings more than a decade of experience in the property management world, combining her industry know-how with a strong background in marketing and communications. She focuses on helping PMs stand out, connect with the right clients, and build brands that last.
A longtime NARPM member and volunteer, Abi currently serves as the Marketing Co-Chair for the NARPM Atlanta chapter and held the same role for the 2025 Southern States Conference. Her leadership helps raise the bar for how PMs present themselves and communicate their value.
When she’s not crafting marketing strategies or building scalable systems with Todd, Abi is likely watching SEC football or Kentucky basketball—because the only thing she loves more than a solid content plan is a well-timed three-pointer.
